Challenge

The first challenge encountered by the SmartPark team was the single entrance and exit serving 450 parking spaces in a bustling location. Thus, prioritizing efficient parking design became imperative to alleviate congestion and prevent car clustering near the exit. The parking operators required an intuitive system capable of efficiently managing subscriptions and providing comprehensive statistical insights. Moreover, they sought a provider that could promptly deliver assistance whenever needed.
